Hey there — welcome to Botchops! We’re a small team passionate about what we do, and these terms help us keep things running smoothly for everyone. By chopping with us, you’re agreeing to play by these simple rules. Think of it as the house rules for a good time.
1. Getting Started
You need to be 18 or older to place an order.
We reserve the right to update prices, products, or availability at any time — we’ll always do our best to keep things fair.
We may cancel or refuse any order (like if something’s out of stock or looks fishy). If that happens, you’ll get a full refund, no hard feelings.
2. Placing an Order
Payment is due at checkout — we accept all major cards and secure methods.Taxes, shipping, and any import fees are added at checkout (and are your responsibility).
Promo codes are a treat — one per order, and they expire when noted.
3. Shipping (We’ve Got You)
+ We aim to ship within 1–3 business days.
+ You’ll get a tracking number
+ Delays can happen (weather, holidays, carrier hiccups) — we’ll keep you posted.
+ International? Customs fees or delays are outside our control.
Once tracking says “delivered,” the package is in your hands (or porch). Check those hiding spots!
4. Returns & Refunds (Fair & Simple)
7 days from delivery to let us know if something’s not right.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You cover return shipping (unless we sent the wrong item — then we’ve got it).
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 days of receiving the return.
No returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Final sale or clearance products
Digital downloads
We inspect returns with care. If something’s been used or damaged, we may deduct a restocking fee or return it to you.
5. Our Content
All photos, designs, text, and branding on botchops.com are ours. Feel free to share your love — but please don’t copy or resell our work. If you post a review or photo, we may feature it (with credit, of course!).
6. Our Promise (and Limits)
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Beyond that, products are sold as-is. We can’t be responsible for misuse, allergies, or acts of nature (like your dog thinking the box is a chew toy).
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid. That keeps things fair and sustainable.
7. Let’s Keep It Respectful
Please don’t:
Use bots, scripts, or fake accounts
Leave spam or fraudulent reviewsTry to resell our products as your own
Attempt to hack or disrupt the site
We reserve the right to cancel orders or block accounts that break these rules — we want this to be a great experience for everyone.
8. Life Happens
Storms, supply chain chaos, or unexpected events may delay things. If something beyond our control affects your order, we’ll communicate and do our best to resolve it.
